Hedarian Intellectual Property Policy

Introduction
At Hedarian Learning Platform ("Hedarian," "we," "our"), we recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to protecting the intellectual property of others. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines our approach and the steps we take to address issues related to intellectual property rights in accordance with global best practices.
Scope
This policy applies to all users of the Hedarian platform, including students, instructors, and content creators, as well as any content submitted, shared, or published on the Hedarian platform.
Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Use of Content on Hedarian:
- All content published on Hedarian, including course materials, videos, articles, and other educational resources, remains the intellectual property of the original content creator.
- By submitting content to Hedarian, content creators grant Hedarian a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Hedarian platform and our services. This is based on the Hedarian Partnership and Residency Agreement.
- Learners are granted a limited license to access and use the content on Hedarian for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prohibited Activities:
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Hedarian without the express written permission of the content owner.
- Users must not use any content from Hedarian in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.

Reporting Infringement:
- If you believe that your intellectual property has been improperly used or infringed upon on the Hedarian platform, please notify us immediately by contacting [email protected].
- Your notification should include a detailed description of the alleged infringement, proof of ownership of the intellectual property, and sufficient information for us to locate and review the disputed content.

Infringement Claims and Takedown Process:
- Upon receiving a valid infringement claim, Hedarian will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
- Hedarian reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Counter-Notification:
- If a user believes that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the user may submit a counter-notification to Hedarian with all necessary information to support their claim.
- Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Hedarian will review the matter and may restore the content if appropriate.
Modifications to The Policy
Hedarian reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Hedarian platform, and users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
