As an HR Development Advisor with a federal government identity, I have leveraged 20+ years of experience in leading the human resource management function for high-growth organizations across various markets and sectors, from Europe to IMEA and APEC. Holding a Master’s degree of Science in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Essex. My competencies include directing a consulting practice and leveraging diverse HR capabilities, such as marketing, branding, AI, automation, diversity and inclusion, Emiratization, Saudization, graduate programs, and IMPACT hiring, to attract and retain top-tier talent.
