Course Objectives
Understand and define burnout: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of burnout, including its definition and how it differs from stress. you will learn about the emotional, physical, and mental toll burnout takes on healthcare professionals, and how it can affect job performance, personal well-being, and overall career satisfaction. This foundational knowledge will equip you with the ability to recognize burnout not only in yourselves but also in colleagues.
Identify the causes of burnout: Participants will explore the primary internal and external factors that contribute to burnout among healthcare workers, such as workload, work environment, emotional demands, and lack of support. By understanding these causes, they will be better equipped to identify potential triggers in their own work settings, allowing for early intervention and the creation of healthier work environments.
